How to achieve a smooth finish on your buttercream
Learn to make fondant leaves
How to dye your fondant and choose your palette
Answers to any cake related questions you may have
What you will take home:
A 6” Vanilla cake filled with dulce de leche and buttercream frosting (serves 6-8)
A new knowledge of fondant, and all things cake
Provided:
A variety of soft drinks and water
Wicked cookies, bars or variety of other desserts
Date: Saturday, November 1st
Time: 1pm EST
Duration: 1.5-2 hours
Class Size: 9
Location: 466 Montgomery St, in beautiful downtown Savannah, Ga
Skill Level: Beginner. Although we welcome experienced artists and/or cake designers, it is definitely not a requirement for this class.
Children: 10-15 years old are welcome to attend this class as along as they are accompanied by an adult who also purchased a ticket.
Cancellation policy: We are happy to offer a full refund for cancellations up to six weeks before the date of the workshop. After that, we can offer a credit towards another workshop date. We do not offer a credit or refund for workshops cancelled with less than a two-week notice. In the event of severe weather, we are happy to reschedule.
